TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) is urging consumers with outstanding enforcement dues to take advantage of the upcoming Second National Lok Adalat of 2025, scheduled for 10th May 2025. Organized under the guidance of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), the Lok Adalat offers an effective, court-free platform for resolving pre-litigation enforcement cases through amicable settlements.
In collaboration with the District Legal Services Authorities, TPCODL will facilitate the Lok Adalat proceedings in the districts of Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Angul, and Nayagarh. The initiative will specifically address enforcement cases stemming from inspections conducted between 30th June 2020 and 31st March 2024.
TPCODL is offering attractive waivers and flexible payment options to consumers who choose to settle their dues during this legal outreach. The initiative not only helps consumers clear long-standing obligations but also contributes to maintaining a fair and accountable power distribution system.
