Adani Total Gas and Jio-bp join hands to revolutionize India’s auto fuel retail landscape

In a landmark move set to redefine India’s auto fuel retail experience, Adani Total Gas Ltd (ATGL) and Jio-bp, the fuel and mobility brand of Reliance BP Mobility, announced a strategic collaboration aimed at enhancing the accessibility and quality of fuel offerings across the country.

Under the partnership, select ATGL fuel stations will retail Jio-bp’s high-performance liquid fuels—petrol and diesel—while select Jio-bp outlets will integrate ATGL’s CNG dispensing units within ATGL’s authorised geographical areas. This synergy will empower consumers with a broader and superior selection of fuel options, combining the strengths of both industry leaders.

The alliance, which encompasses both current and future fuel retail outlets of ATGL and Jio-bp, is poised to transform the mobility ecosystem by combining infrastructure and leveraging each other’s operational networks. ATGL currently manages a robust network of 650 CNG stations, while Jio-bp commands a footprint of over 2,000 fuel outlets across India.

ATGL, a joint venture between Adani Group and TotalEnergies, is a market leader in city gas distribution, offering natural gas solutions to households, commercial and industrial users, and vehicles. The company is also actively expanding its presence in Compressed Biogas (CBG), electric vehicle (EV) charging, and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for the transportation sector.

Jio-bp, a joint venture between Reliance Industries and bp, brings to the table its cutting-edge mobility solutions, modern convenience formats, and a strong focus on low-carbon fuel alternatives.
