TPCODL observes Van Mahotsav with widespread tree plantation drives

Reaffirming its commitment to environmental sustainability, TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, celebrated Van Mahotsav across multiple locations with tree plantation drives aimed at promoting ecological awareness and increasing green cover.

The week-long campaign witnessed enthusiastic participation from TPCODL employees and local communities alike, who came together to plant and pledge to protect saplings. The drives were held at various operational zones, substations, and community areas, with the central message of fostering a greener future through collective action.

Participants were also sensitized about the vital role trees play in combating climate change, conserving biodiversity, and ensuring long-term ecological balance. The initiative served as a reminder of the urgent need to preserve and expand forest cover to safeguard environmental health for future generations.
