In a remarkable step towards fostering women empowerment and inclusive development, TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) has successfully facilitated a recruitment drive under its flagship Roshni Vocational Training Program. Conducted in collaboration with Cedrafilteration Pvt. Ltd. (Cedrafil) Garment Factory, the initiative provided a promising platform for NSDC-certified Self-Employed Tailor trainees to translate their skills into employment.

The drive led to the selection of 20 skilled women as Level 3 Production Assistants, marking a crucial milestone in TPCODL’s ongoing mission to bridge the gap between vocational training and real-world industry opportunities. These women, trained under the Roshni initiative, now stand at the threshold of economic independence and long-term career growth.

This collaboration highlights TPCODL’s dedication to sustainable livelihood generation, especially for women in underserved communities. By aligning vocational training with actual job creation, the program not only equips women with technical expertise but also connects them directly with employers, ensuring that skill development leads to tangible outcomes.

Roshni has steadily evolved as a beacon of empowerment, offering structured job pathways and instilling confidence among trainees. With this latest success, TPCODL reaffirms its commitment to inclusive growth and community upliftment through purposeful partnerships and social impact programs.
