Odysse Electric launches ‘SUN’ – a high-speed, comfort-driven scooter with aviation-grade seating

Odysse Electric Vehicles, one of India’s fastest-growing premium electric two-wheeler manufacturers, today rolled out its latest high-speed electric scooter – Odysse SUN – designed to redefine urban commuting with a blend of performance, luxury, and cutting-edge technology.

Engineered for the modern rider, the Odysse SUN boasts a top speed of 70 km/h and an impressive range of up to 130 km on a single charge, depending on the battery configuration – 1.95 kWh (85 km range) and 2.90 kWh (130 km range). Powered by a 2500W peak motor, the scooter delivers a smooth yet powerful riding experience. Its AIS 156-approved lithium-ion batteries can be fully charged in just 4 to 4.5 hours, ensuring quick turnaround and reliability for daily use.

The SUN comes with three transmission modes – Drive, Parking, and Reverse – to make maneuvering in city traffic effortless. The scooter also features telescopic front suspension, hydraulic multi-level adjustable rear shock absorbers, front and rear disc brakes, and an LED lighting system for enhanced visibility and safety. A spacious 32-litre under-seat storage, keyless start-stop, and a double-flash reverse light add to its premium practicality.

A standout highlight is its aviation-grade cushioned seat and plus-size ergonomic design, crafted for maximum comfort on both short commutes and longer urban hauls.

The Odysse SUN is available in four striking colours – Patina Green, Gunmetal Grey, Phantom Black, and Ice Blue – with prices starting at ₹81,000 (1.95 kWh) and ₹91,000 (2.90 kWh), ex-showroom. Bookings are now open online and across the company’s dealership network.
