SANY India, a leading manufacturer of construction, mining, logistics, and energy equipment, marked India’s 79th Independence Day with the launch of its latest innovation — the SY35U PRO, an advanced 3.5-ton hydraulic excavator engineered for superior performance, enhanced comfort, and high reliability. Designed and manufactured at SANY’s Pune facility, the SY35U PRO is tailored for India’s diverse infrastructure needs, from urban construction to rural development projects, and comes with a robust, compact design ideal for challenging job sites.
Launched under the theme “SANY India Launches SY35U PRO: A New Wheel in the Chariot of Development,” the launch underscores the company’s vision of driving India’s infrastructure growth while paying tribute to the spirit of independence. Powered by a fuel-efficient engine and equipped with an advanced load-sensing hydraulic system, the SY35U PRO delivers smooth, fast, and responsive operations even in confined work environments. Its impressive digging capability, class-leading fuel efficiency, and minimal maintenance requirements are supported by a 5,000-hour hydraulic service interval and ground-level filter access, ensuring high uptime and ease of service.
The excavator’s operator-focused design includes a spacious, low-noise cabin with optional high-capacity air conditioning, adjustable suspension seating, a USB-enabled music system, and ergonomically placed controls. Safety and operational efficiency are elevated with features such as a boom-mounted LED work lamp and a battery disconnect switch.

The SY35U PRO will be available in two configurations — Canopy and AC Cabin — through SANY India’s extensive dealer network. Suitable for applications across civil and municipal works, building construction, real estate, irrigation, farming, and utility projects, the model is poised to redefine standards in the compact excavator category. With this launch, SANY India aims to strengthen its leadership in the mini and mid-sized equipment segment by offering a high-performance machine that delivers on productivity, comfort, and cost efficiency.
