FACOR distributes learning materials to support quality education in community schools

Ferro Alloys Corporation Ltd. (FACOR), a Vedanta Group company, has reaffirmed its commitment to community development and inclusive education by distributing essential Teaching Learning Materials (TLM) to students of Ostapal and Kathpal schools in Jajpur district.

Under this initiative, 176 students were provided with school bags, books, notebooks, and shoes, ensuring they are better equipped to pursue their academic journey and actively participate in classroom learning. The effort is aimed at reducing barriers to education while fostering a stronger foundation for the future of young learners in the region.

The distribution program was held in the presence of Ajaya Patra, Mines Manager, FACOR, and was warmly welcomed by school authorities, teachers, and students. The initiative highlights FACOR’s continued dedication to nurturing young talent and building an enabling environment for quality education in its surrounding communities.
