Aditya Aditi Ladies’ Club brings warmth, empowerment, and hope through winter welfare initiatives

Under the guidance of Club President Namrata Nayak, members of the Club launched a winter outreach program aimed at supporting the township’s workforce. As temperatures continue to dip, the club distributed warm blankets to nearly 150 male and female workers engaged in essential services within the township. The thoughtful gesture brought immediate relief to workers who expressed heartfelt gratitude for the timely support.

Carrying forward their tradition of annual social service, the Club members visited a nearby orphanage, where they interacted with children and spent quality time understanding their needs. During the visit, they distributed new clothes, nutritious food, and winter essentials, ensuring the children felt cared for and included during the festive season. The atmosphere was marked by joy and laughter as the children warmly welcomed the visitors.

The Ladies’ Club has also played an active role in advancing women’s empowerment. As part of the company’s CSR initiatives, the members extended strong support to local Self-Help Groups (SHGs) run by women striving for financial independence. By encouraging their entrepreneurial participation and helping promote their small-scale ventures, the club is contributing to building a more self-reliant and confident community of women.
