Aditya Aluminium, a unit of Hindalco Industries, has been conferred the Pollution Control Excellence Award-2025 by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB), Odisha, in recognition of its exemplary efforts in reducing and controlling industrial pollution through robust environmental practices.
The award was presented during the 42nd Foundation Day celebration of SPCB, held at a city hotel in Bhubaneswar. Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati felicitated Aditya Aluminium in the presence of senior dignitaries, including Odisha Chief Secretary and SPCB Chairman Manoj Ahuja, Additional Chief Secretary, Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department Satyabrata Sahu, PCCF Suresh Panth, and SPCB Member Secretary Uma Nanduri.
Representing Hindalco Industries, the award was received by Vibhu Mishra, Advisor; Saubhagya Tripathy, AVP – Corporate Affairs; and Ranjan Jena, GM – Environment Department.
Aditya Aluminium has implemented advanced pollution control technologies, stringent emission standards, and sustainable resource management practices, setting a benchmark for responsible industrial operations in the State.
