Aditya Aluminium observes World Immunization Day at Golamal Village

Aditya Aluminium, in collaboration with the Zilla Swasthya Samiti, observed World Immunization Day at Golamal Village under Katarbaga Gram Panchayat, reaffirming its commitment to community health and well-being. The awareness drive aimed to educate villagers on the importance of timely immunization and disease prevention.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from local health personnel, including ANM Sunita Bhoi, Male Health Worker Papun Mistri, Anganwadi Workers Hemakanti Padhan (Golamal-B) and Padmini Biswal (Golamal-A), along with members of the CSR team of Aditya Aluminium.

During the session, Bhoi highlighted the crucial role of vaccines in protecting children and adults from life-threatening diseases. She also explained the recommended vaccination schedules and encouraged the community to ensure full immunization coverage. The interactive discussions helped dispel myths and reinforced the importance of preventive healthcare among villagers.

Guided by Ravi Niwas, CSR Head, and Manoranjan Behera, Deputy Manager (CSR), the programme was conducted smoothly and received heartfelt appreciation from the community. Their proactive leadership and coordination underscored Aditya Aluminium’s continued efforts to promote health awareness and build a healthier rural ecosystem.
