NALCO’s Team ‘Tejas’ shines on global stage, wins gold at ICQCC 2025 in Taipei

Navratna CPSE National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has once again brought global recognition to the nation. Quality Circle (QC) Team ‘Tejas’ from NALCO’s Captive Power Plant, Angul, has bagged the coveted Gold Award at the 50th International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) 2025, held in Taipei, Taiwan, from November 3 to 6.

Team ‘Tejas’ impressed the international jury with its project titled “Improvement in the Boiler Sealing System,” a pioneering initiative that has delivered substantial annual cost savings for the company. The project stands as a testament to NALCO’s commitment to innovation-led operational excellence and sustainable industrial practices.
