Odisha Governor applauds NALCO’s role in industrial growth and nation building

Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati visited the Corporate Office of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) in Bhubaneswar on Friday, highlighting the company’s significant contributions to industrial development and nation-building.

As part of the visit, Dr. Kambhampati planted a sapling under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ initiative, emphasizing the importance of environmental sustainability and green development.

NALCO Chairman-cum-Managing Director Brijendra Pratap Singh, along with the company’s Directors and senior officials, warmly welcomed the Governor.

During his interaction with the leadership team, Dr. Kambhampati commended NALCO for its exemplary role as the only Central Public Sector Enterprise headquartered in Odisha and its pivotal contribution to the state’s industrial growth.

He further praised the company’s alignment with the national vision of ‘Viksit Bharat’, recognizing its commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.
