In a bold step that underscores its commitment to innovation, design, and customer-centricity, Renault India today launched the All-New Renault Triber, a completely reimagined version of its popular 7-seater, cementing its position as India’s most versatile and value-packed family car.
Developed under the ambitious ‘renault. rethink.’ brand transformation strategy, the new Triber carries forward the vehicle’s legacy of modularity and affordability while introducing a stunning new design language, an upgraded cabin experience, and an array of premium features—positioning it as a game-changer in the sub-four metre segment.
At the heart of the All-New Triber is its ‘Rethink Space’ philosophy, aimed at offering adaptable, lifestyle-driven mobility. With 3rd row Easy-Fix seats that can easily convert the car into a 5, 6 or 7-seater and a segment-best 625-litre boot, the Triber delivers unmatched flexibility for India’s dynamic families. Renault’s engineers have thoughtfully designed 35 new features that enhance utility, safety, and comfort, creating a car that’s as functional as it is aspirational.
Visually, the All-New Triber stuns with a completely refreshed front fascia, including a bold new grille, sculpted hood, sleek LED projector headlamps with DRLs, and LED fog lamps. The rear gets a makeover too — with updated LED tail lamps, a new skid plate, and a premium taillamp connecting embellisher, rounding off its sophisticated presence.
Step inside, and the transformation continues. The new cabin offers a dual-tone dashboard, a modern LED digital instrument cluster, refined seat upholstery, and an 8-inch floating touchscreen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, promising a truly connected and comfortable drive.
With a starting price of ₹6,29,995 (ex-showroom), the Triber is now available in four contemporary variants — Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion—each designed to cater to diverse customer needs. The top-end Emotion variant also comes with an Easy-R AMT option, ensuring enhanced convenience in city traffic.
From a safety standpoint, Renault has raised the bar. The Triber is equipped with 21 standard safety features, including 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and front parking sensors — a segment-first addition that enhances urban driving ease.
“The All-New Triber represents the next big leap in our journey in India,” said Mr. Venkatram Mamillapalle, Managing Director, Renault India. “It is the first vehicle to carry Renault’s new brand identity in India, a reflection of our evolved design ethos and the growing aspirations of Indian families. Over 90% localized, the Triber is truly designed in India, for India—and now, for the world.”
Echoing the sentiment, Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Renault India, remarked, “We have always believed in the power of smart engineering to solve real mobility challenges. The Triber, with its modularity, space, and features, speaks directly to the needs of modern Indian families. With its bold makeover, we’re confident the new Triber will amplify Renault’s presence and momentum in this key market.”
Powered by a 72 PS, 96 Nm engine, the All-New Triber offers smooth performance with a choice between a 5-speed manual and an Easy-R AMT gearbox. For eco-conscious consumers, government-approved CNG retrofitment kits are now available across dealerships, with full warranty support under the Renault Secure program.
The Triber has already won the hearts of 1.84 lakh customers and is exported to over a dozen international markets. With a robust retail network of 350+ sales and 450+ service touchpoints across India, Renault is strategically poised to deepen its roots and drive sustainable growth in the country’s competitive auto landscape.
