TPCODL dedicates state-of-the-art customer care centre in Bhubaneswar for seamless service experience

TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, has inaugurated its new BCDD1 (Bhubaneswar City Distribution Division -1) Model Customer Care Centre near Power House Colony, Bhubaneswar. This advanced facility is set to serve over four lakh consumers in the city, offering a streamlined solution for service requests, billing queries, and grievance redressal.

Designed as a benchmark for customer experience, the upgraded centre integrates modern technology and customer-centric features. It includes digital kiosks, self-service options, a dedicated queue management system, and real-time feedback tools. The centre also boasts an expanded operational capacity, a conference room for efficient issue resolution, and ample parking for customer convenience.

Aiming to be the hub of customer engagement, the centre will promote digital payments, smart metering, and self-service platforms, underscoring TPCODL’s commitment to delivering reliable, transparent, and customer-first power distribution services.

During the inaugural event, Himal Tewari, CHRO & Chief – Sustainability & CSR of Tata Power, and Arvind Singh, CEO of TPCODL, joined other senior officials to celebrate the milestone.
