Set against today’s whirlwind of AI disruptions, viral trends and shrinking attention spans, Zuno’s new campaign flips conventional insurance communication on its head. The narrative is driven by three quirky and imaginative digital films where aliens casually unwind on a living-room sofa, a considerate ghost fastens its seatbelt, and a slightly befuddled genie tries to grant wishes. In each scenario, audiences are reminded that while the world feels increasingly surreal, nothing is more astonishing — and refreshing — than car insurance rewarding them for safe driving. When insurance feels this good, Zuno suggests, everything else begins to feel normal.
At the heart of the campaign lies a simple yet powerful insight: responsible driving is an everyday act deserving of genuine appreciation. SmartDrive brings this ethos to life by offering users weekly and monthly gift vouchers, renewal premium discounts, personalised driving scores, certified safe driver badges and detailed trip-wise feedback — making car insurance not only intuitive, but delightfully gratifying.
Extending this benefit beyond its existing customer base, Zuno has rolled out the Zuno Driving Quotient (ZDQ) Challenge for non-policyholders. Through a five-day free assessment on the Zuno app, users can complete monitored drives and receive a customised driving score at no cost. This score unlocks additional discounts and vouchers, positioning Zuno as India’s first insurer to offer a large-scale, app-based, pre-purchase driving test with direct financial rewards. It’s a pioneering step that aligns perfectly with the brand’s promise of ease, transparency and meaningful engagement.

This integrated media approach aims to build sustained reach and engagement — from driving participation in the 5-Day SmartDrive Challenge to boosting app adoption and long-term program loyalty.
