Cohen International School (CIS) on Friday announced the launch of Odisha’s first ‘Aero Space Integrated Curriculum’ for its students from academic year 2023-24. The school has also established the “Cohen Aero-Space Centre of Excellence” to provide state-of-the-art learning experience for its students in the field of aero-space.
The Aero-Space Integrated Curriculum has been designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principle of aero-space. The Cohen Aero Space Centre of Excellence will serve as a hub for aerospace education and research, providing students with access to cutting edge technology, research facilities and industry experts.
Cohen International School Chairman Jyoti Ranjan Tripathy said, “This initiative is a testament to our commitment to providing students with a world-class education and equipping them with the skill and knowledge to excel in their future career.”
“To further develop STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Maths) learning, we are going to introduce a one of its kind – Aerospace Integrated Curriculum from Class 1 to 11 as well as a state of the art- Cohen Aerospace Centre of Excellence, a high-tech lab for the students,” he added.
The core offering shall impart students with skills and competencies so they can build a career or Entrepreneurial path in the domains of Aerospace, Space, Meteorology, E-Transportation, AI, Architect, Product design and Entrepreneurship.
