Overwhelmed by the consumers’ response to its Fiona brand sunflower oil in Karnataka, Bunge India Private Limited on Sunday announced the expansion of its home-grown cooking oil brand in Odisha.
Launching Fiona Refined Sunflower Oil here today, Bunge India AVP (Marketing) Milind Acharya said that this cooking oil brand would be available at more than 15,000 retail stores in over 200 towns and villages in Odisha by the end of November 2023, while adding that the company is quite hopeful of capturing 10 per cent market share in this segment in next 12-18 months.
Unlike Bunge India’s other brands, which have all been acquired, Fiona is the company’s first home-grown brand, revealed Acharya.
He further said that Fiona Refined Sunflower Oil is enriched with essential Vitamins A, D, E, and K. However, what makes it different from other brands is its ‘VitaProtect’ formula which ensures upto 50 per cent higher transfer of Vitamins from oil to our food as compared to any other sunflower oil.

Renowned Odia actress Supriya Nayak of ‘Puskara’ film fame is faced of Fiona Sunflower Refinded Oil in Odisha, while noted south Indiana actress Rashmika Mandana is the Brand Ambassador of the product since its launch in the year 2021.
Fiona Refined Sunflower Oil comes in a wide range of pack sizes to choose from, including 500ml, 1L, 5L, and 15L.
