Birla Global University (BGU), one of eastern India's premier institutions, has achieved an impressive placement performance in its Campus Placement Drive 2026, attracting leading recruiters from over 20 sectors, ranging from consulting and banking to technology, manufacturing, healthcare, legal services, and media.

Global industry leaders such as EY (Ernst & Young), ADP, Lloyds Banking Group, Deloitte, UltraTech Cement, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Federal Bank emerged as major recruiters, reaffirming BGU's growing stature as a preferred talent destination. Notably, the university recorded a significant rise in high-value offers, including packages exceeding ₹17 lakh per annum.

In the management domain, Fortune 500 company Automatic Data Processing (ADP) recruited five students for analyst roles. Lloyds Technology Centre, the offshore technology arm of Lloyds Banking Group, hired nine students from the MBA and M.Com programmes. Federal Bank offered an impressive annual package of ₹17 lakh, further strengthening BGU's premium placement portfolio.

Global consulting giants also showed strong confidence in BGU talent, with EY recruiting 28 students, while Deloitte extended offers to students from the M.Com programme. In the core sector, UltraTech Cement hired three female MBA students, underscoring its commitment to diversity and inclusion.

The university's Applied Sciences programmes — including MCA, BCA, B.Sc., and Data Science — witnessed enthusiastic participation from top technology companies such as TCS, Deloitte, and Tech Mahindra, offering roles in software development, analytics, and digital transformation.

Students from the Birla School of Law secured placements with prestigious organisations, including Poovayya & Co., Pramata, and QuisLex. Meanwhile, Journalism and Mass Communication students received offers from leading public relations firms such as Burson, Archetype, Brandcomm, Adfactors PR, and Torque Communications.

The placement drive also opened doors for students from Economics and other interdisciplinary programmes, reflecting BGU's strong emphasis on holistic education and career readiness.
