Vedanta Aluminium, India’s premier aluminium producer, orchestrated an Annual Safety Fortnight program meticulously designed in alignment with the stringent guidelines set forth by the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS). Engaging over 400 diligent employees and esteemed business partners, the fortnight-long initiative bore the resounding theme of ‘Surakhsha Niyamo Ka Karein Palan, Na Hogi Durghatna Na Honge Aap Pareshan’ (Adhere to safety rules, circumvent accidents, and avert distress).

The inauguration of this significant event was marked by a flag hoisting ceremony, seamlessly transitioning into a ‘Prabhat Pheri’ rally, where impassioned participants fervently underscored the cardinal importance of adhering to stringent safety protocols.
