Bharat Forge Ltd has secured a long-term
contract from Pratt & Whitney Canada, a leading aerospace engine
manufacturer, for the supply of mission-critical aerospace engine components,
marking a significant step in the Indian engineering major's efforts to deepen
its presence in the global aerospace supply chain.
The components will
be manufactured at Bharat Forge's advanced aerospace facility in India, which
has been developed specifically for producing high-performance and high-value
aero-engine products. The facility incorporates advanced manufacturing
technologies and operates to stringent global standards covering quality,
precision, reliability and traceability, the company said.
