Hatsun Agro Product Ltd (HAP), India’s leading private sector dairy company, reported a strong financial performance for the third quarter of FY26, underlining sustained demand for its core dairy portfolio and the strength of its farmer-centric value chain. The company posted consolidated revenue from operations of ₹2,363.72 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, registering a healthy growth of 17.61 per cent over ₹2,009.75 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Profitability saw a sharper upswing, with profit after tax rising to ₹60.58 crore compared to ₹40.94 crore in Q3 FY25, marking an impressive year-on-year growth of nearly 48 per cent. The robust quarterly performance also strengthened the company’s nine-month numbers, with revenue reaching ₹7,381.59 crore and profit after tax touching ₹305.31 crore for the period ended December 31, 2025.

The growth momentum during the quarter was driven by steady consumer demand across key dairy categories, including milk, yoghurt and ice cream, coupled with stable milk procurement from Hatsun’s extensive farmer network. Innovation-led offerings aligned with evolving consumer preferences also witnessed encouraging traction, supporting volume growth and brand visibility.

Commenting on the results, Hatsun Agro Product Ltd Chairman R. G. Chandramogan said the performance reflected the strong foundation built over the years and the company’s disciplined approach to growth. He noted that Hatsun continued to strengthen its core dairy portfolio while expanding its footprint across priority markets, with a sharp focus on efficiency across the entire value chain, from farmer engagement to last-mile distribution, helping the company maintain quality and freshness.

Chandramogan further emphasized that Hatsun’s growth is being powered by an expanding distribution reach, capacity additions and sustained investments in sales and brand building, enabling the company to scale its brands with clarity and purpose.
