Motorola, a
global leader in mobile innovation and India’s leading AI smartphone brand, has
unveiled ‘Motorola Signature’, a new ultra-premium flagship designed to
redefine luxury, performance and intelligent experiences in the Indian
smartphone market. Alongside the smartphone, the company also introduced the moto
watch powered by Polar, strengthening its premium ecosystem that blends
technology, wellness and lifestyle.
Positioned
as a statement device for consumers who demand uncompromising excellence, the
Motorola Signature combines world-first camera innovation, refined
craftsmanship, next-generation AI performance and exclusive lifestyle
privileges — setting a new benchmark in the flagship segment.
At the core
of the device is the world’s only Triple Sony LYTIA Pro-Grade Camera System,
certified with the prestigious DXOMARK Gold Label. With a DXOMARK camera score
of 164, the Motorola Signature emerges as the No.1 camera smartphone in India
under the ₹1,00,000
segment. The system is led by a 50MP Sony LYTIA 828 main sensor — the largest
50MP sensor yet — capable of 8K Dolby Vision video, complemented
by a 50MP periscope lens with up to 100x Super Zoom Pro, a 50MP ultra-wide +
macro camera, and a 50MP front camera. Pantone Validated colour and SkinTone™
accuracy further enhance true-to-life imaging.
Powering
this imaging prowess is an advanced suite of moto ai and Google AI tools,
enabling features such as AI Signature Style, AI Action Shot, AI Group Shot and
Auto Smile Capture, while Google Photos AI adds powerful post-capture editing
and storytelling capabilities.
Crafted with
an uncompromising focus on luxury, the Motorola Signature features an
ultra-thin 6.99 mm design, weighing just 186g, built on an aircraft-grade
aluminium frame with fabric-inspired finishes. Available in Pantone Martini
Olive and Pantone Carbon, the design blends modern minimalism with tactile
elegance.
Extending
beyond hardware, Motorola introduced Signature Club, India’s first
smartphone-integrated privilege platform. Every user receives a complimentary
one-year membership offering curated services across travel, dining, wellness,
culture and lifestyle, including a welcome benefit worth up to ₹6,000 — elevating smartphone
ownership into a premium concierge-led experience.
Under the
hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Mobile Platform,
delivering AI-first performance with an AnTuTu score exceeding 3 million,
advanced thermal management and support for up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS
4.1 storage. A 6.8-inch Super HD Extreme AMOLED display with 165Hz refresh
rate, Dolby Vision, and peak brightness of 6200 nits ensures immersive visuals.
Speaking on
the launch, T.M. Narasimhan, Managing Director, Motorola India, said the
Signature represents a new benchmark that goes beyond specifications, combining
breakthrough innovation, refined design and meaningful experiences for
aspirational consumers.
The Motorola
Signature runs on Hello UI based on Android 16, with 7 years of OS and security
updates, MIL-STD-810H durability, IP68/IP69 protection, Bose-tuned Dolby Atmos
audio, and a silicon-carbon battery supporting 90W wired and 50W wireless
charging.
Sales begin
January 30, 2026, starting at an effective price of ₹54,999, across Flipkart, Motorola.in and leading retail stores — marking Motorola’s boldest step yet
into India’s ultra-premium smartphone segment.
