TP Northern
Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) celebrated the 77th Republic Day on Monday
with great pride and patriotic fervour across its offices in Northern Odisha,
reaffirming its unwavering commitment to the ideals of the Constitution and the
nation’s journey towards sustainable development. The tricolour fluttered high
at all TPNODL establishments, symbolising unity, service and dedication to the
country.
At the
Corporate Office in Balasore, Sharat Chandra Mahalik, Engineer-in-Chief,
TPNODL, unfurled the National Flag in the presence of senior officials and
employees. The solemn yet spirited ceremony echoed the values of democracy,
responsibility and collective progress, filling the campus with a renewed sense
of national pride and purpose.
Adding a
meaningful dimension to the celebrations, TPNODL highlighted its role in
nation-building through clean energy initiatives. As part of the green energy
celebrations, beneficiaries of the PM
Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (ULA model) were felicitated at the Balasore,
Bhadrak, Keonjhar, Jajpur and Baripada circle offices. The honour recognised
consumers who have actively embraced rooftop solar solutions, contributing to
India’s clean energy transition and energy self-reliance.
The
felicitation ceremony not only acknowledged their proactive participation but
also served as an inspiration for others to adopt renewable energy solutions.
By empowering consumers and promoting sustainable practices, TPNODL reaffirmed
its commitment to building an environmentally responsible and energy-secure
future.
