Dr.
Mazhar Beig, Unit Head and President of Aditya Alumina Refinery, Kansariguda,
has been conferred with the prestigious CEO of the Year – Industry Wise Award
under The Business Leader of the Year programme organised by the World HRD
Congress.
The award was presented at a grand ceremony
held at Sandy’s Tower in Bhubaneswar, recognising Dr. Beig’s exemplary
leadership, business acumen, and commitment to sustainable and inclusive
growth. Instituted over 23 years ago, the award is considered one of the most
respected recognitions in corporate leadership, honouring outstanding

The selection was made by an
independent jury comprising eminent national and international business
leaders, academicians, and CSR experts, underscoring the credibility and
stature of the honour.
Receiving the award, Dr. Beig dedicated
