Reinforcing its commitment to community development and rural infrastructure, Aditya Aluminium, Lapanga, on Thursday launched the construction of a Kirtan Mandap at Barabhya Mahamaya Mandir in Lapanga. The project was inaugurated through a traditional ground-breaking ceremony, marked by spiritual rituals and puja, reflecting the company's deep respect for local culture and heritage.

The initiative has been undertaken under Aditya Aluminium's flagship Kayakalp Project, which is aimed at enhancing basic infrastructure and improving the quality of life in villages surrounding its operations. Over the years, the project has emerged as a key driver of grassroots transformation, focusing on sustainable and inclusive development.

Recently, Aditya Aluminium has accelerated its development interventions in Lapanga village. These include the construction of the Subhadra Self-Help Group Centre, extension of a village bridge, and the renovation of the Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society (PACS) Centre. Each of these initiatives has been designed to address critical community needs while fostering economic and social empowerment.

Notably, the upgraded PACS Centre is expected to benefit nearly 2,700 farmers across the Gram Panchayats of Bamaloi, Nishanbanga, and Ghichamura. By improving access to agricultural services, resources, and institutional support, the facility is set to play a pivotal role in strengthening the rural agrarian economy.

Through such impactful initiatives, Aditya Aluminium continues to demonstrate its unwavering commitment to creating sustainable community assets, preserving local traditions, and empowering rural communities through meaningful corporate social responsibility.
