Centre
for Development of Telematics has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with
Jumps Automation LLP to develop an innovative gamification-based platform aimed
at strengthening cybersecurity awareness across individuals and enterprises.
The
collaboration, under the C-DOT Collaborative Research Programme (CCRP), seeks
to transform conventional cybersecurity training into an engaging and
interactive experience. The proposed platform will feature gaming arenas,
leaderboards, discussion forums, and simulation-based scenarios covering
phishing, social engineering, malware response, and crisis management under
real-time constraints.
Designed
as a commercial-grade SaaS solution, the platform will integrate AI-driven
behavioural analytics to continuously assess user performance, adapt challenge
complexity, and update content in line with emerging cyber threats. It will
combine Jumps Automation’s expertise in artificial intelligence and automation
with C-DOT’s indigenous telecom and security technologies.
Speaking
on the occasion, Rajkumar Upadhyay, CEO of C-DOT, said the initiative aligns
with India’s push for self-reliance, adding that it will help users recognise
and mitigate cyber threats while strengthening incident response capabilities.
Rohan Chandak, Head of Technology at Jumps Automation, highlighted the
platform’s potential to drive behavioural change and reduce human-related cyber
risks.
The
project will undergo structured development and testing, with end-to-end validation
at C-DOT’s New Delhi facilities. The initiative marks a significant step
towards building a robust culture of cyber resilience through indigenous
innovation.
