The quarterly results included a one-time exceptional charge of ₹2.73 crore arising from the statutory impact of the new Labour Codes. Excluding this charge, profit before tax for the quarter registered an impressive 92.1 per cent growth over the corresponding period last year.

Reflecting confidence in the company's financial position, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Commenting on the performance, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Priyadarshi Pany said, “FY26 has been a strong year for CSM Technologies, with total income growing 14.0 per cent while EBITDA and PAT increased by 56.6 per cent and 70.2 per cent, respectively, reflecting improved operating leverage and execution efficiencies. The company's outstanding order book stood at ₹357.63 crore as of March 31, 2026, equivalent to more than one-and-a-half times its FY26 revenue, providing significant revenue visibility. During the year, CSM invested ₹10.25 crore in developing proprietary intangible assets while allocating additional capital towards infrastructure and technology capabilities to support future expansion.

CSM also continued to deepen its presence across India while expanding its footprint in overseas markets, particularly Africa, alongside operations in the UAE, the United States and Canada.
