Amid ongoing geopolitical
developments impacting global energy markets, Indian Oil Corporation Limited
has reaffirmed that the supply of LPG, petrol and diesel across Odisha remains
normal and stable. The corporation stated that the situation is under continuous
monitoring to ensure uninterrupted availability of essential fuels throughout
the state.
Reinforcing its focus on
consumer convenience, Indian Oil has strengthened its grievance redressal
mechanism for Indane LPG users by introducing a robust and accessible complaint
registration and resolution system.
For emergencies, consumers can
access the 24x7 LPG Emergency Helpline (1906), a dedicated nationwide service
for reporting gas leakages and safety-related concerns. In addition, general
complaints and service-related issues can be registered through the toll-free
customer care number (1800-2333-555), operational daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00
PM.
Consumers are also encouraged
to use digital platforms for lodging grievances. The official website of Indian
Oil features a dedicated feedback and grievance portal, allowing users to
register complaints using their 17-digit LPG ID or registered consumer number.
The IndianOil ONE mobile application, available on Android and iOS, further
simplifies the process with a user-friendly interface for complaint
registration and tracking.
To ensure transparency and accountability, each complaint is assigned a unique Service Request Number (SRN), enabling consumers to monitor the status of their requests through the official tracking system. The corporation has indicated that most grievances are addressed within an approximate timeframe of three days.
Indian Oil reiterated its commitment to maintaining seamless fuel supply while delivering efficient and responsive customer service across Odisha.
