parcel services for individuals, small businesses, and large enterprises alike.
The pilot rollout spans key cities including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur,
Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru, and Chennai, underscoring both the scale
and ambition of the initiative, which is expected to serve as a strong
foundation for a nationwide expansion.
This collaboration
underscores a shared vision between Green Drive Mobility and South Central
Railway to modernize freight services through digital innovation and integrated
mobility solutions. By leveraging extensive rail infrastructure alongside
advanced logistics coordination and last-mile EV fleet support, the initiative
aims to create a more transparent, accessible, and environmentally responsible
logistics ecosystem aligned with India’s digital and sustainability objectives.
Speaking on the
significance of the collaboration, Hari Krishna, Founder & CEO for Green
Drive Mobility, said, “This is not merely a platform launch. It is a
transformational initiative that reimagines how parcel logistics can function
in a digitally empowered and sustainability-driven India. Collaborating with
South Central Railway on this pilot is a defining milestone for Green Drive
Mobility. It establishes a scalable model where rail strength and electric
last-mile mobility can work together to create efficient, greener, and
future-ready logistics systems.”

behind it. He said, “It is a matter of great pride for us at South Central
Railway that the Railway Board has chosen us for this pilot project. The
successful launch reflects the dedication of our teams and the strong support
of our industry partners who worked together to deliver this project in record
time.”

represents a major advancement in Indian Railways’ parcel and freight services,
which are steadily transitioning from traditional booking systems to a
digitally integrated logistics platform. By leveraging India’s vast railway
infrastructure and augmenting it with cutting-edge technology and electric
fleet integration, the initiative is enhancing reliability, accessibility, and
environmentally sustainable transportation solutions.
