The Indian Institute
of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta), in collaboration with TimesPro, has
opened admissions for the 10th batch of its Executive Leadership Programme for
Women, a 12-month executive education initiative aimed at preparing experienced
women professionals and entrepreneurs for senior leadership roles.
The programme seeks
to strengthen participants’ strategic decision-making capabilities, business
acumen and leadership skills, with a focus on emerging technologies, artificial
intelligence (AI), organisational management and entrepreneurial thinking.
Designed to help
women take on greater responsibilities across business functions, the programme
combines contemporary management education with individual leadership development.
Its curriculum covers strategy, technology and AI, marketing, finance,
sustainability and cross-functional management, alongside training in
self-awareness, emotional resilience, executive presence, communication and
career management.
The initiative aims
to equip participants with the managerial perspective and leadership judgement
required to navigate complex business environments, identify emerging
opportunities and drive innovation within organisations.
It is also intended for experienced professionals seeking to broaden their managerial capabilities, prepare for expanded leadership mandates or regain career momentum.
Drawing on IIM Calcutta’s academic expertise in management and leadership, the programme integrates strategic management with digital and analytical fluency, while emphasising the personal effectiveness required to lead teams, influence stakeholders and manage organisational change.
