Quality Circle, “BRAMHANI,” secured the prestigious Special Mention Award at
the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Annual National Conference 2026,
held in Chennai. The recognition, presented in the highly competitive
Manufacturing category, reflects the company’s steadfast commitment to
operational excellence, innovation, and best-in-class manufacturing practices.
The national honour
crowns an impressive performance journey for the “BRAMHANI” team across the
2025–2026 circuit. Earlier in March, the team clinched the Second Runner-Up
position at the Regional Level CII Conference, building on its outstanding
success at the state level, where it secured the First Prize at the State Level
CII Convention. These consistent achievements reaffirm the team’s leadership in
enhancing quality, productivity, and efficiency within the manufacturing
domain.
Adding to the organisation’s accolades, the SMS Quality Circle “UTKARSH” also earned distinction with a Jury Award at the same state-level convention, marking a proud collective accomplishment for NINL. Together, these honours highlight the company’s strong culture of continuous improvement, innovation-driven performance, and the technical excellence of its skilled workforce.
