Distribution Limited (TPCODL) has launched its much-anticipated ‘Customer
Reward Programme’, marking a significant step towards deepening customer
engagement and delivering enhanced value across its service areas.
Aligned with TPCODL’s
core values of customer delight, trust, and long-term relationship building,
the initiative goes beyond conventional utility services to offer a range of
exclusive benefits and rewards to its consumers.
Under the programme,
customers can avail discounts of up to 30% on select brands. The benefits span
across multiple lifestyle segments, including amusement park tickets, grocery
cashback, savings on electronics, fitness memberships, and hospitality
services.
Developed in
collaboration with seven partner companies and featuring over 20 reputed
brands, the programme creates a comprehensive rewards ecosystem for TPCODL’s
consumer base of over 30 lakh users.
Key partners include
Tata Group brands such as BigBasket and Croma; hospitality partners like ITC
Welcomhotel and Lyfe Hotels; and popular brands including Wonderla Amusement
Park and OneMoreRep. Additional offers are available on leading brands such as United
Colors of Benetton, FirstCry, Tommy Hilfiger, Yatra, MediBuddy, Neeman’s, and
Urban Jungle, among others.
The launch event was
attended by Gajanan Kale, Chief - Odisha Distribution Business; Arvind Singh,
CEO of TPCODL; representatives from partner organisations, including Sameer Ali
from Wonderla and Anand Reddy from OneMoreRep; along with senior officials of
the company.Speaking on the
