TP Central Odisha
Distribution Limited (TPCODL) has been honoured with the prestigious “Best
Practices in Industrial Relations (IR)” award at the 38th State-Level QC Circle
Convention 2025 organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Odisha,
recognising the power distribution company’s commitment to fostering a
collaborative and progressive workplace environment. The award ceremony was
held in Bhubaneswar.
The award was
presented by Odisha’s Minister for Industries, Technical Education & Skill
Development Sampad Chandra Swain, and Chief Secretary Anu Garg, in the presence
of senior industry leaders and government officials. The event was also graced
by CII Odisha State Council Chairman Anil Kumar Singh, Odisha’s Additional
Chief Secretary Hemant Sharma.
The recognition
underscores TPCODL’s consistent efforts in promoting constructive engagement
