be built on accountability, safety and responsiveness.
In recognition of outstanding contributions, thirty-five business

highlighting TPNODL’s culture of performance-driven engagement and motivation.
A thoughtfully curated street play on safety awareness added an impactful
dimension to the programme, sensitizing participants to the importance of safe
work practices in power distribution operations. The event also featured an
open interaction forum where associates candidly shared field-level challenges,
operational concerns and practical suggestions. The leadership panel responded
with detailed clarifications and actionable assurances, reinforcing mutual
trust, transparency and a shared commitment to improving consumer experience
and service reliability.
The Industrial Consumer Meet held in Jajpur brought together more than 80
leading industrial organizations, focusing on strengthening engagement with HT
and EHT consumers and further enhancing service delivery mechanisms. Industrial
stakeholders acknowledged TPNODL’s sustained efforts in improving power
reliability, supply quality and responsiveness, while also offering
constructive feedback on infrastructure augmentation, load management and
technology-driven customer service innovations. The interactive format enabled
a forward-looking discussion on aligning distribution capabilities with the
evolving energy demands of the industrial sector in North Odisha.
