TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL) observed
Ethics Day on the 122nd birth anniversary of Jehangir Ratanji Dadabhoy (JRD)
Tata, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to ethical values, responsible
corporate governance, and the Tata legacy of integrity.
The observance served as a reminder of the organisation’s
steadfast adherence to the Tata Code of Conduct and its commitment to
maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and
accountability across all its operations and customer services.
The Ethics Day programme was virtually inaugurated by Dushyant
Kumar Tyagi, CEO, TPNODL, in the presence of the senior leadership team and
employees. During the programme, employees paid floral tributes to J.R.D. Tata
and participated in the Ethics Pledge ceremony, reaffirming their commitment to
the Tata values of Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, Unity, and
Understanding. The event underscored TPNODL’s continued efforts to foster a
strong ethical culture and strengthen responsible business practices across the
organisation.
In his address, TPNODL CEO Dushyant Kumar Tyagi reaffirmed that ethics is the foundation of trust and emphasized the organisation’s commitment to conducting business with honesty, fairness, and transparency. He stated that the timeless values of Shri J.R.D. Tata continue to inspire TPNODL in delivering reliable services and creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.
The programme concluded with employees collectively taking the Ethics Pledge, reaffirming their resolve to uphold the Tata Code of Conduct and ethical principles in every aspect of their professional responsibilities. As part of its ongoing commitment to nurturing an ethics-driven workplace, TPNODL has also planned a series of employee awareness initiatives to further strengthen integrity and ethical conduct across the organisation.
